A software development company is in need of a Remote Benefits Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage global benefits programs
- Design and deliver programs that support employee wellness
- Architect personalized experience at scale
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience developing and administering leave and time-off programs to support employees
- Experience launching global benefits
- Understanding of benefits market with ability to synthesize relevant benchmarking data
- Project, program, and vendor management experience;
- Demonstrated success in balancing the need for efficiency and scale with employee experience
- Able to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
