Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Benefits Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage global benefits programs
• Design and deliver programs that support employee wellness
• Architect personalized experience at scale

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Experience developing and administering leave and time-off programs to support employees
• Experience launching global benefits
• Understanding of benefits market with ability to synthesize relevant benchmarking data
• Project, program, and vendor management experience;
• Demonstrated success in balancing the need for efficiency and scale with employee experience
• Able to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
