Job Summary
A company that develops business solutions and payment processing software needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Benefits Operations Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Solving cases and resolving tier 3 escalation
- Communicating with other teams and employers through case management to resolve account discrepancies
- Serving as an internal resource, troubleshoot questions and provide issue resolution using product, file and system knowledge
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelors degree
- Ability to Maintain a continuous improvement approach to work
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to Ensure requests made by internal departments, consultants, brokers and employers are resolved in a timely manner
