Job Summary

A software development firm is seeking a Remote Benefits Prime Escalation Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Reduce escalation volumes
  • Accept proactive/reactive' problems from any contributor
  • Manage customer escalations and coordinate resolution efforts with key stakeholders

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel Requirements:20-30%
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll systems
  • Able to manage relationships with peers and managers as it relates to support and services
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively to improve the customer's experience
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in providing complex SaaS/HCM Customer Support, management, and/or supervision
