Job Summary
A software development firm is seeking a Remote Benefits Prime Escalation Manager.
Must be able to:
- Reduce escalation volumes
- Accept proactive/reactive' problems from any contributor
- Manage customer escalations and coordinate resolution efforts with key stakeholders
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel Requirements:20-30%
- Working knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll systems
- Able to manage relationships with peers and managers as it relates to support and services
- Proven track record of working collaboratively to improve the customer's experience
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in providing complex SaaS/HCM Customer Support, management, and/or supervision
