Job Summary

A human resources solutions company is in need of a Remote Benefits Prime System Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing activation and consulting services
  • Providing Product and Subject Matter expertise to clients
  • Partnering and aligning project milestones within entire activation program

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience installing and implementing Health & Welfare benefits administration
  • An associate degree in business, accounting, or related field or at least two years related experience in an outsourcing organization
  • Possess database, core applications and web technology knowledge and desire to learn and develop new skills
  • Experience handling difficult or sensitive situations in a professional, timely, and thorough manner
  • Proven leadership and project management skills
