Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Benefits Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serving as escalation point for complex benefits questions and liaison between employees, vendors and carriers
- Managing the open enrollment process on an annual basis including oversight for system configuration, employee communication and hosting virtual open enrollment sessions.
- Reconciling monthly invoices and work with internal teams to streamline processes.
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS in human resources or related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing the open enrollment process and working with HRIS systems.
- Experience in consulting-firm capacity supporting and advising companies on Total Rewards programs.
- Track record of being detailed oriented, accurate and demonstrated experience to self-motivate and follow through on projects.
