Job Summary
An optical products manufacturer has an open position for a Remote Benefits Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Be responsible for the vendor relationships for optimal productivity and performance
- Manage annual benefits enrollment and related events
- Provide exceptional and compassionate customer service
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, HR or related field
- 10 years related to benefits experience
- Demonstrated experience & knowledge in administering, managing, and delivering benefit programs
- Essential technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proactive team member with strong customer service orientation
