Job Summary

As a full-time Remote Benefits Call Center Representative, the successful candidate will assist employees by answering incoming calls to explain healthcare, retirement, and other benefit options while managing a steady call volume and performing back-office tasks such as claims processing.

Key responsibilities:
  • Help participants understand plan options and provisions
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and web, documenting calls in the case management system
  • Complete customer-related transactions with limited supervision while meeting accuracy and timeliness standards
Required qualifications:
  • Previous call center experience handling high-volume calls
  • Experience with healthcare or employer benefits is highly preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in keyboarding and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
