Job Summary

As a full-time Remote Benefits Call Center Representative, the candidate will support employees by answering incoming calls to assist them with understanding their healthcare, retirement, and other benefit options while managing a steady call volume and performing back-office tasks.

Key responsibilities:
  • Help participants understand plan options and provisions
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and web, completing customer-related transactions
  • Document calls thoroughly in the case management system and comply with call center policies
Required qualifications:
  • Previous call center experience with high-volume calls
  • Experience with healthcare or employer benefits is highly preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in keyboarding and MS Office
  • Successful background check and drug test
