Job Summary
A provider of healthcare cost containment solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Benefits Scheduler.
Must be able to:
- Provide scheduling services on a large project which supports the evaluation and granting of benefits to Veterans
- Work with project leadership to build the schedule by prioritizing and organizing work according to principles of team velocity and task points
- Hold regular meetings to review the schedule, receive approval and track progress
Position Requirements Include:
- Have experience with both manual and automated scheduling systems
- Ability to schedule data into an automated scheduling tool and validate data following input
- Working with team members to identify tasks
- Ability to communicate with leadership and clients regarding tasks, timelines, and veracity of the schedule
- Experience creating standard and ad hoc schedule reports
- Excellent written communication skills
