Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Benefits Senior Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating, troubleshooting and managing system issues to resolution
  • Working directly with customer to analyze and document problem
  • Adhering to the current project management methodology

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1-3 years of technical support/functional experience/training in HCM or Benefits
  • Technical/Functional support of known ERP system or Technical Support of other systems functionality
  • Experience in timeline management, issue tracking and configuration execution
  • Functional experience as a Benefit Administrator, Cobra Administrator or HRIS Analyst
  • Experience in managing relationships and SLA’s with third party ticketing system
  • Involved in the Day to Day configuration
