Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Benefits Senior Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating, troubleshooting and managing system issues to resolution
- Working directly with customer to analyze and document problem
- Adhering to the current project management methodology
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1-3 years of technical support/functional experience/training in HCM or Benefits
- Technical/Functional support of known ERP system or Technical Support of other systems functionality
- Experience in timeline management, issue tracking and configuration execution
- Functional experience as a Benefit Administrator, Cobra Administrator or HRIS Analyst
- Experience in managing relationships and SLA’s with third party ticketing system
- Involved in the Day to Day configuration
