A human resources software developer is in need of a Remote Benefits Software Development Engineering Manager.

Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field or
- Equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Software Engineering Management experience
- Experience with Domain Driven Design, cloud-based solutions, and modernization of software systems
- Experience working in an agile and team environment
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills
