Job Summary

A human resources service provider is in need of a Remote Benefits Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work with the Global Operations regional managers to develop and oversee the following group benefit programs
  • Coordinate benefit processing; review and approve billing
  • Create strong partnerships with our benefits broker and vendors and serve as a primary contact

Required Skills:

  • Proven knowledge of benefits best practices
  • Benefits and Compensation experience
  • Demonstrated desire to develop international expertise
  • Ability to assist new employees with Benefits and Compensation
  • Ability to research and respond to questions from employees and management regarding the interpretation of benefit plans
  • Ability to assist with evaluating and designing new corporate benefit plans and programs
