A cloud-based software company is filling a position for a Remote Benefits Team Leader.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Project manage large scale initiatives
Complete compliance requirements for section 125 and 401(k) plans
Liaise with internal stakeholders

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in the US benefits space
Current, in-depth knowledge of federal and state requirements related to US benefit programming
Advanced Excel / G Suite skills
