Job Summary
A financial services company specializing in technology-enabled audit, recovery, customer care, and related analytics services has a current position open for a Remote BI Data Analytics and Solution Architecture Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leading architecture and champion introduction of new technology or improvement of existing tools and solutions
- Developing and evolves tools, workflow, policies and procedures, and training that align with infrastructure and strategies
- Providing leadership for department and manages team(s) of technical, analytical, and subject matter experts directly and through lower-level managers/supervisors in a multi-location and remote environment
Qualifications for this position include:
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership to analyze, design, and support implementation of operational data solutions for short- and long-range business objectives
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong business acumen coupled with excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively one-on-one and in group settings with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
- Demonstrates strong understanding of current and future technoloy architecture, including inter-operability of technologies, within areas of Data warehousing, Big Data product solutions, and analytics.
- Completion of Teleworker Agreement upon hire, and adherence to the Agreement (and related policies and procedures) including, but not limited to: able to navigate computer and phone systems as a user to work remote independently using on-line resources, must have high-speed internet connectivity, appropriate workspace able to be compliant with HIPAA, safety & ergonomics, confidentiality, and dedicated work focus without distractions during work hours
