Job Summary

An aerospace and defense company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bid and Proposal Manager.

Must be able to:

• Build and sustain successful relationships
• Plan and manage the bid and proposal activities, resources and risks
• Develop proposal schedules, outlines, assignments, and kickoff meeting packages

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s in the appropriate discipline and 7 years of relevant experience
• Experience developing winning responses for RFPs, RFIs, ITTs, PQQs, and unsolicited proposals
• Skillful communicators across functional areas, are decisive problem solvers across an array of pursuit issues
• Communication and decision-making skills
• Critical thinker, who poses insightful questions to guide the team to better refine win strategies
• High quality standards, a critical eye for the written word, and a breadth of experience
