Job Summary

Building and customizing high-performing eCommerce websites, the full-time Remote BigCommerce Developer will optimize and maintain sites on the BigCommerce platform, utilizing skills in Stencil, Storefront APIs, and responsive front-end development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and customizing eCommerce websites using the BigCommerce platform and Stencil framework
• Creating custom widgets and reusable front-end components to enhance site functionality and user experience
• Integrating third-party applications and optimizing websites for performance, SEO, and conversion rates

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in BigCommerce website development
• Strong knowledge of the BigCommerce platform and its Storefront GraphQL API
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and the BigCommerce Stencil framework
• Experience with responsive web design techniques and cross-browser compatibility
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines in a remote environment
