A transportation company has a current position open for a Remote Bike Share Systems Customer Service Representative in Philadelphia.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Respond to all customers and potential customers in a timely, professional, and enthusiastic manner via multiple channels
  • Investigate customer service issues and find solutions
  • Assist all customers with the highest level of customer support
