Job Summary
A transportation company has a current position open for a Remote Bike Share Systems Customer Service Representative in Philadelphia.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to all customers and potential customers in a timely, professional, and enthusiastic manner via multiple channels
- Investigate customer service issues and find solutions
- Assist all customers with the highest level of customer support
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

- Position will work remote/from home, office visits will be on a strict as needed basis
- Minimum two years of related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
