Job Summary
A non-profit organization has an open position for a Remote Bilingual and Culturally Specific Behavioral Health Provider Recruiter in Portland.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Recruiting, screening and interviewing clinicians for the behavioral health support line
- Researching the populations that have limited access to culturally ad language specific behavioral health services
- Collaborating with the Assistant Director of Quality Assurance
Qualifications for this position include:
- Temporary WFH due to COVID-19
- Experience networking with behavioral health providers who represent various communities and languages
- Bachelor's degree in a related behavioral health or human resources field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work on a tight deadline
- Comprehensive knowledge of behavioral health services and appropriate levels of care
