Job Summary

A provider of translation services has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Bengali Interpreter in Newark.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Facilitate interpretation in a variety of subjects: medical, social, and legal
• Utilize knowledge of the interpreter Code of Ethics
• Act in a professional and courteous manner

Required Skills:

• Fluent in both English and the target language
• Have strong verbal communication skills in both languages
• Be familiar with note taking and memory techniques
• Be accustomed with the consecutive interpretation process
• Strong ability and passion for interpretation and customer service
