Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Brazilian Portuguese English Partner Relations Advisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for providing developer program support
- Responding to their requests and providing world class customer service
- Listening to our developers and using your sound judgement, creativity, and passion to meet their needs
Position Requirements Include:
- Available to attend approximately 4-5 weeks of required training on a fixed schedule that may include weekends
- Ability to work between the hours of 7:00am and 10:30pm CST including weekends and holidays
- Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment and background check
- Able to meet minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while talking with customers
- Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience
- 2 years supporting customers via phone, e-mail, chat, and/or in person
