Job Summary
A health services company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Call Center Patient Access Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Fielding inbound communications (phone, email and chat) from new or current patients
- Scheduling or modifying patient appointments, understanding Medicare, and how insurance works
- Utilizing problem solving to manage unconfirmed appointments and optimizing provider routing
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Four year degree in Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Admin, or similar is ideal
- Typing speed of a minimum of 30 wpm
- Requires 1 year of customer service experience, specializing in a contact call center
- Have 3-4 years of customer facing experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proficient in G-Suite programs such as GMail, Google Sheets, Google Docs
