Job Summary
A global major appliance manufacturer has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Canadian French Senior Consumer Care Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot issues and quickly find appropriate resolutions
- Work with call center software such as eCRM, Aspect, or Genesys and online meeting platforms
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to type 35 words per minute without mistakes while interacting with customers(removed typing skills)
- Proven fluent proficiency in English and French, preferably Canadian French-Qu b cois
- Previous virtual call center experience or applicable retail customer service experience
