Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Canadian French Senior Vision and Vantagepoint Technical Support Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing quality bilingual technical software support
  • Providing support to customers via telephone, e-mail, chat, and the internet
  • Assessing the nature of the customer's problems

Required Skills:

  • Strong bi-lingual oral and written communication in English and French Canadian
  • Coursework and/or experience in Enterprise solutions line of software or computer programming
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Successful history working in a team environment
