A website that connects dog owners with appropriate dog care providers has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Canadian French Trust and Safety Agent in Spokane.
Must be able to:
- Expediently investigate and provide safety resolutions for customer concerns and incidents
- Educate users on how to maintain safety and security
- Provide customer support via phone and email
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be able to travel to the office within short notice
- Native or Full professional fluency in Quebec French is required
- Prior experience in customer experience role
- Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional communication (phone) and writing (email) skills
