Job Summary
A telecommunications company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Cantonese Customer Experience Representative.
Must be able to:
- Handle back-to-back phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of your shift
- Engage with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for needs and technical issues
- Establish long-term customer relationships
Qualifications for this position include:
- Fluency in Cantonese and English
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training
- Ability to work and remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift
- Tech savviness with the ability to smoothly operate Windows OS desktop computer
- Flexibility to work hours that mirror customers’ needs
