Job Summary
A major healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Cantonese Healthcare Customer Service Care Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Help guide and educate customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care topics
- Handle call transfers for claims reconsiderations and member education
- Contact care providers (doctor’s offices) on behalf of the customer
Position Requirements Include:
- Bilingual English and Chinese (Cantonese)
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
