Job Summary

A medical services company. is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Cantonese or Russian Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Referring unresolved customer grievances to designated department
• Maintaining an acceptable attendance and tardiness record
• Ensuring accurate trip data input

Required Skills:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree
• 6+ months contact center experience OR customer service experience
• Ability to answer a high volume of calls up to 100+ calls per day
