A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Case Manager (Spanish Speaking).

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of general work experience, preferably in case management
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong understanding of cultural fluency and high degree of empathy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Strong technical skills and comfort with technology, including CRM databases and video conferencing
