Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Chinese Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Provide the highest level of service to customers
- Work closely with patients, caregivers and nursing staffs
- Ensure that customers are receiving care
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum one (1) years’ experience working in Customer Services
- Must be fluent in speaking English and Chinese
- High school graduate
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
