Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Chinese Medicare Customer Service Senior Advocate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maximizing use of community services, support programs, and resources available to members
- Acting as a customer advocate and provide in language phone service to Chinese and English speaking Medicare customers
- Identifying trends and continuously makes recommendations to improve processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bilingual fluency (verbal and written) in Chinese (Mandarin AND Cantonese) and English required
- 2+ years in a Customer Service environment
- 1+ year moderate proficiency with Windows PC applications
- Ability to work scheduled shifts within our hours of operation
