Job Summary

A technology corporation needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Chinese Sales Operation Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Being responsible for sales organization and Sales Director’s needs
Managing highly confidential material, confidant and trusted partner to respective executive
Driving and proactively organize respective execs professional/ personal time/commitments

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Bilingual: English/Chinese
College preferred, 2+ years providing Sales Administrative support
Strong analytical, organizational, communication skills
Proficient in SQL, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and more
Experience in a fast paced technology startup environment
Experience in CRM systems, Salesforce a plus
