Job Summary
A technology corporation needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Chinese Sales Operation Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being responsible for sales organization and Sales Director’s needs
- Managing highly confidential material, confidant and trusted partner to respective executive
- Driving and proactively organize respective execs professional/ personal time/commitments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bilingual: English/Chinese
- College preferred, 2+ years providing Sales Administrative support
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication skills
- Proficient in SQL, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and more
- Experience in a fast paced technology startup environment
- Experience in CRM systems, Salesforce a plus
