Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Clinical Scheduling Liaison.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting in rescheduling and follow up for up to 90 days on Long-Term Care (LTC) Leads
- Managing calls effectively to maximize productivity and optimal operational efficiency
- Searching in Marx (CMS) for Medicare eligibility, enrollments, and special elections
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Fluency in reading and speaking English and additional language
- Knowledge and experience using corporate email system including shared calendar usage
- Work experience within the healthcare industry
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Microsoft Excel with the ability to format, edit, sort, formulas and analyze data
- Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and database usage experience
