Job Summary
An internet company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Customer Escalations Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Resolving customer issues in the first contact
- Answering general questions about how the company works and assisting customers with using company app
- Providing phone support to customers and hotel partners
Position Requirements Include:
- Native or Full professional fluency in Italian, German or French is required
- Reliable High-Speed Internet connection
- At least one year of high-volume call center experience in a metric-driven environment is required
- A strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Tech-savvy and proficient with iPhone and Android
- Cultural knowledge and ability to apply cultural context to customer support
