Job Summary

An internet company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Customer Escalations Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Resolving customer issues in the first contact
  • Answering general questions about how the company works and assisting customers with using company app
  • Providing phone support to customers and hotel partners

Position Requirements Include:

  • Native or Full professional fluency in Italian, German or French is required
  • Reliable High-Speed Internet connection
  • At least one year of high-volume call center experience in a metric-driven environment is required
  • A strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with iPhone and Android
  • Cultural knowledge and ability to apply cultural context to customer support
