Job Summary

Remote Bilingual Customer Service Rep, is a full-time work-from-home position where the representative provides customer support for billing, programming, and technical issues while promoting products and services to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle back-to-back tech support and customer service calls throughout the shift
  • Engage with a diverse consumer base to address customer needs and technical issues
  • Promote products and services to new and existing customers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • Must reside in specific eligible states for hire
