Job Summary
Providing technical support and customer service, the full-time Remote Bilingual Customer Service Rep will assist customers with billing, programming, and troubleshooting while promoting products and services to enhance their DISH TV experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle back-to-back customer service and technical support calls throughout the shift
- Engage with a diverse customer base to address needs and resolve technical issues
- Promote DISH TV products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and value
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Must reside in eligible states including Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, Utah, New Mexico, Tennessee, Wyoming, or Texas
