Remote Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Job Summary

Providing technical support and customer service, the full-time Remote Bilingual Customer Service Rep will assist customers with billing, programming, and troubleshooting while promoting products and services to enhance their DISH TV experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle back-to-back customer service and technical support calls throughout the shift
• Engage with a diverse customer base to address needs and resolve technical issues
• Promote DISH TV products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and value

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Must reside in eligible states including Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, Utah, New Mexico, Tennessee, Wyoming, or Texas
