Remote Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries regarding billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting while promoting products and services to enhance the DISH TV experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle back-to-back tech support and customer service calls throughout the shift
• Engage with a diverse customer base to provide effective solutions for their needs
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities for career advancement

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience or training
• Flexibility to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Smartphone or device with an active data network connection
• Residence in eligible states including Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, Utah, New Mexico, Tennessee, Wyoming, or Texas
