Fluent in English and Spanish, the full-time Remote Bilingual Customer Service Rep will manage customer inquiries related to billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting while promoting products and services to enhance the DISH TV experience.

Key responsibilities

• Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience
