Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with VRI Customers and Team Members to establish positive relationships
  • Handle inbound phone calls, manage reports, and make outbound calls to resolve client issues
  • Work full-time on a schedule between 8:00 am - 6:30 pm EST

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Available for a two-week training program from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
  • Comfortable working remotely with strong computer skills
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
