Job Summary

Fluent in English and Spanish, the full-time Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries related to billing, programming, and technical support while promoting products and services to enhance the DISH TV experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle back-to-back customer service and technical support calls throughout the shift
• Engage with a diverse customer base to provide effective solutions for their needs
• Participate in ongoing training and development to promote career growth within the company

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Smartphone or device with an active data network connection
• Must reside in eligible states including Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and others
