A floral industry service provider has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Houston.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering all calls within three rings with a friendly and positive attitude
- Processing all complaints accurately and in a timely manner
- Recording all florist calls efficiently and accurately
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must participate during team meetings
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Must have experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have the ability to build rapport with clients
- Must be able to work the required shift
