Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Customer Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting customers through multiple communication channels
  • Answering inbound calls, chats, and emails to assist customers with questions
  • Handling multiple tasks simultaneously while creating an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications Include:

  • Fluency in English, as well as a second language
  • A hard-wired internet connection with minimum 1 Mbps upload and 5 Mbps download
  • Having your own computer with a minimum 1.6 Ghz processor, 4 GB RAM, 10GB hard drive space, and Windows OS (7, 8, 8.1 or 10)
  • Having a quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
  • Having your own USB, dual-ear headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills, basic Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
