Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Digital Health Coach.

Must be able to:

  • Interact with program participants every day
  • Listen openly to participant challenges, get creative in adapting to their needs
  • Leverage company's coaching platform to make strategic, effective coaching decisions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2 years in health coaching or behavioral health with at least 1 year coaching in Spanish
  • Professional Health Coach Training from a NBHWC accredited program
  • Behavioral/mental health training accepted as an alternate
  • Experience with medium to large case loads at a time
  • Demonstrated prior experience working with behavior change or chronic disease management
