Job Summary
A telecommunications company is seeking a Remote Bilingual English and Portuguese Customer Experience Representative in Columbus.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Explaining charges and credits on the customer's bill, and resolve complex billing scenarios
- Assisting customers with pay-per-view orders, change programming packages, equipment upgrades
- Using a consultative approach to educate and offer existing customers additional programming, and promote products and services
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Initial new hire training will be conducted on-site and last 13-15 weeks. A minimum of one on-site workday per quarter will be required with additional days scheduled as needed.
- Bilingual proficiency fluent in English and Portuguese
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Proficiently utilize Windows OS (XP, 7, 8, 10) and internet search engines
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
