An information technology solutions company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Executive Headhunter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving full-cycle recruiting for upper-level executive positions
- Tailoring a highly customized experience for candidates to upper-level executive positions
- Building strong relationships with key players from the market
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years of experience in Recruiting
- Native/Proficient English level is fundamental
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in Executive/C-Level recruitment
- Proven track record of success with lead generation and conversion
