Job Summary
A retirement company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Financial Customer Service Professional.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering incoming telephone inquiries
- Addressing questions or concerns in relation to investments
- Assisting participants through the navigation of the automated voice response system as well as the Web Site
Qualifications for this position include:
- Fingerprinting
- Proficient in relevant computer applications. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
