A business process transformation company is in need of a Remote Bilingual French Business Process Customer Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Access customer records and verify account information
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience
- Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment
- Technical support experience
- Proficiency in both verbal and written French and English skills
