Job Summary
A business process management solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual French Business Process Management Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Communicate with customers through inbound calls, outbound calls and email channels
- Identify customer needs through active listening, exercising emotional intelligence and asking follow up questions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to write and speak English and French fluently
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of customer service experience
