A computer software company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual French Canadian Accounting Support Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Assessing the nature of customer problems and resolving most support issues
• Troubleshooting a wide range of accounting issues
• Providing support to customers via telephone, e-mail, chat, and the internet

Required Skills:

• Due to the nature of this position, Canadian citizenship is required
• Strong bi-lingual oral and written communication in English & French Canadian
• Background in Accounting or Finance
