Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Bilingual French Canadian Human Resources Associate in Malvern.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as the liaison between Corporate and Payroll department
- Ensuring all HR files are saved as an electronic file in Workday
- Hiring, terminating, promoting, comp changing, placing workers on leave, and transferring employees
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to respond to telephone, e-mail, and in-person inquiries
- Completion of College Diploma or Bachelors degree
- 2-3 years of Human Resources Administrative/Coordinator experience
- Experience in the areas of both traditional and progressive recruitment practices
- Experience working with HRIS systems
- Verbal and Written Fluency in English and French Canadian languages
