A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual French Canadian Recruiter in Milwaukee.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying and submitting qualified candidates to Client Hiring Managers based on the provided job description
- Working to screen, test, and qualify applicants through the use of qualifying interviewing techniques
- Generating recruitment metric reports both manually and using applicant tracking system
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimal travel required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Bilingual Language Skills – French Canadian / English
- Experience working directly with Hiring Managers and managing full life cycle recruitment processes
- All other requirements necessary for this position
